 This is a high level overview of the Organising In Harmony experience.

First Contact – an initial conversation to understand issues, objectives and expectations in order to assess which services are needed. Work practices and pricing will also be reviewed.

Initial (Site) Consultation – an on-site meeting, where needs and desires are further defined in order to finalize organising objectives, and review the work agreement concept. The first hour of this consultation is free! (A travel charge may still apply if you live outside of the Newcastle region.)

Proposal – for more complex jobs a proposal may be provided. Clients may choose to implement all, part or none of the proposal. 

Implementation (Organising Appointments) – these are the working sessions where objectives are achieved.  Before any work is started a signed work agreement is required.  If more than one appointment is needed then a schedule can be agreed upon or at the end of each session the next appointment can be arranged.
Additional work may also be completed outside of the organising appointments. (i.e. obtaining work estimates, purchasing supplies, or running misc. errands.)

Follow up a client feedback survey is provided upon completion of a job, as well as a follow-up call to check in and see how things are working and to answer any questions.
